Stock Plans 

Our list of stock plans is an ever-growing collection of drawings we have prepared to expedite the design process.  We pride ourselves on providing a comprehensive set of drawings, making both the permitting phase and the construction phase as smooth as possible.  Our stock plans are perfect for clients looking for a ready-to-build set of drawings to save time, but also save the cost of custom designing a home.

All plans have been designed using ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) exterior walls, continuous from the foundation to the underside of the roof.  We use ICF as our wall of choice because of its superior strength, efficiency, and insulating qualities compared to standard wood-framed walls.  All plans can be converted to standard wood framing as per the client's request with minor modifications.

Our plans can also serve as an aid to get closer to the perfect plan for you.  We are happy to work with you to modify an existing plan or combine features from multiple models.
